- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of butter (room temperature)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Add the drumsticks to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
- Place the marinated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the room temperature butter with chopped parsley until well combined.
- Using a brush or your hands, spread the herb butter evenly over the drumsticks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
